I had my Dinner & Dance this evening. Wore a dress which I bought a few years back. Can’t believe how much fatter I’ve grown over these years. Despite the tight-fitting dress, it was unanimous agreement from colleagues that I should still wear the dress. Thankfully, there wasn’t any bad comments on it. The most surprising comment came from this junior who I’ve never worked with nor talked to. She said I was hot. That was flattering. The night wasn’t too bad despite several of my kakis were not around. The performance was not too bad. Food was bad though. Despite so, I enjoyed myself much more than last year. Maybe because I have a slight feeling this is my last D&D, I treasure the moments more. Post some photos later.
